A Ping Page™ link web page is a live web page that is all about you and/ or your business. It will be designed to your requirements and usually includes links to your online platforms including social media and websites. No. There is no need for an app as your Ping Page™ digital business card is added to Apple Wallet or Google Card which is usually installed as standard on Apple and Android Smartphones.

Each Ping Page™ plan includes a link Web page and digital business card and has a nominal set-up fee – please see individual plans for details. Set-up fees cover the cost an initial 30 minute consultation with one of our designers and the creation of your Page Page™. Subscription charges cover basic content updates, general maintenance, development, design, hosting, SSL certificates, mailbox, domain name, and technical support.
There are no cancellation fees. All of the Ping Page™ plans are monthly or annual with a no-risk, no questions asked guarantee. If for any reason you need to end your subscription plan, you have complete freedom to do so. Your plan is simply billed out for the month or year that it is paid for.
You will receive a 30 minute consultation with one of our designers prior to the design of your Ping Page™ to determine your requirements. In the unlikely event that after a maximum of 3 revisions, you are not satisfied with the Ping Page™ design created for you, you can choose not to have your Ping Page™ published and therefore end your subscription agreement. Our set-up fee is non refundable after your first design revision has been completed.
The subscription fee is essentially an ongoing maintenance service for your live Ping Page™. Maintenance includes security, optimisation, updates, backups, support, etc. If you choose to end your subscription plan you’re welcome to and your Ping Page™ will no-longer be accessible after the paid subscription period has expired.
Absolutely! If you decide to come back to us within 30 days after having initially passed on your original Ping Page™ design there will be no additional set-up fee. See the ‘Are there any setup fees?’ question above for additional information if it has been more than 30 days.
We will always try to get your updates done within the included 15 minutes to save you some extra cost but if you have a decent amount of updates that will require more than 15 minutes, we will give you an estimate of time and do that at our current rate of £25 per 15 minutes.
Your Ping Page™ will continue to be updated and will remain published for as long as you pay your subscription fee. If you choose to end your subscription your Ping Page™ will no longer be accessible after the subscription period has ended.
Your Ping Page™ will be unpublished and not available to view. Ping Page files will be saved for a minimum of 30 days – if you wish to restart your subscription during this 30-day period it can be reinstated free of charge. After 30 days a renewal set-up fee will be charged.
Sorry, no! The retainer of 15-minute updates is covered for that month but does not roll over or add up for later use.
Your monthly time covers any updates, additions or add-ons to your Ping Page™. For example, changing working/ office hours, company information, staff or team members, adding new photos, updating services pages, etc. While we do our best to get updates done within your allotted time, if more time is required, we can do so with our 15 minute rate of £25
Please note: The allotted monthly time is for work or updates on the existing Ping Page™ and cannot be used for other projects or a step-by-step Ping Page™ revamp. We are happy to do those things either via our £25 per 15 minute rate or via a discounted and separate fixed project!
Apple Wallet:
It can be easily deleted by clicking on the three dots on the top right hand corner of your Ping Page digital business card, select ‘Pass Details’ followed by ‘Remove Pass’.
